It is a for sure thing that Miley and nick are officially over because he has been seen with other girls like Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato and he says that Miley and him were never really gf and bf but more like "playmates" (PS i couldn't find the show on you tube but I know it exists and i have seen it before its awesome actually) Hope fully it helps!
